 Introduction
Hydraulic simulator is a modern important equipment used in simulation test which primarily consists of table body, control system and hydraulic power unit with the hydraulic motor as driving component, the high precision angle encoder used to measure angle and the digital speed measuring board based on DSP or FPGA to provide speed feedback. The control system made up of industrial control computer and high performance moving control card to implement the overall control of the simulator and communication to the outside world. The control can be implemented by hand, automatically or by simulation. The movement includes positioning, rate and tracing. The simulator along with the simulation system can become a perfect actual or semi-actual simulation test system to perform individually simulation test.
There are single-axis and three-axis hydraulic simulators of various models for option.
 Primary Application
In the area of aeronautics, astronautics, navigation and armament etc:
  →Simulation and testing of moving entities
    e.g., System under test with heavy load and high performance which the status such as yawing, pitching and rolling can be simulated.
   

System Evolution
The development of hydraulic simulator in our company began in 1970's. At that time, we provided users with single-axis and three-axis turntable in which analog circuitry was used in control system, and potentiometer was used as angle measuring component. With the development of computer technology and requirement of simulation test, we have developed computer-based digital control single-axis and three-axis hydraulic simulator plus hydraulic servo motors with high pumping rate supporting the heavy load simulator to meet the users' need.
